jacob was a beautiful baby boy the day he was born was a very special day. but sadly he got very sick very quickly. he suffered a lot of pain in his short life and sadly lost his battle and was to become an angel in heaven at 18 days old. He is greatly loved and missed everyday and will never be forgotten. RIP XXXXXXXXXXXXX
