Its been 15 years now since you left us Jacob and still it only feels like yesterday , myself and your brothers came to visit you on your birthday and we also made your resting place look beautiful for you.  you are often talked about and greatly missed more so around this time of year, miss you every day young man, love you to the moon and back, your broken hearted Mum xxxx
